I recently had an amazing stay at a chalet hotel in the beautiful Espace Killy area. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main ski lifts in Val Claret, making it super convenient for hitting the slopes. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. the hotel also had a pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing.
I was a bit disappointed with the spa facilities.

Great food and cosy rooms with rustic charm. The location was convenient with easy access to the ski slopes via the free bus service. The afternoon tea and soup were particularly delicious.
The jacuzzi area of the pool wasn't warm enough, and the steam room didn't work. The changing area was also in dire need of an update.

The food was great with delicious three-course dinners and a variety of options for breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay and the rooms were comfortable. the hotel was located near the ski lifts and a shuttle bus was available every 15 minutes. the hot tub was a relaxing way to end the day.
The sauna wasn't up to temperature and the Turkish bath was out of order. the pool area was a bit chilly and some of the lights were either not working or falling apart.
